From where and with which company do you ship?

We ship everything from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We mainly do this with PostNL for our Dutch shipments.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free from €60. Below €60, you pay €6.95 shipping costs. You can find more information about shipping on our shipping page.

How long is the delivery time?

For orders to the Netherlands and Belgium placed Monday to Friday before 10:00 PM, delivery is the next day. Orders on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Tuesday.

Is there a track and trace code included?

Yes, we ship with PostNL and as soon as the package is received by PostNL, you will get a tracking code. You will receive this by email.

How can I change or cancel my order?

This is possible as long as the package has not yet been processed. Please contact us via the contact form. Be sure to clearly include your name + order number. Then we will take care of it.

How do I return my package?

You can return the package via our return portal. For more information, see our return page here.

When will I receive my refund?

We do our best to process returns in the warehouse as quickly as possible. We aim to refund within 7 working days after receipt in the warehouse. Unfortunately, processing often takes a little longer during busy periods. If the money has not appeared in your account after 10 working days, please contact us via the contact form.

I would like to exchange a product, how do I do this?

We currently do not offer a direct exchange option. However, you can return the item according to our return policy and then place a new order for the desired item.

What should I do if my towel is delivered damaged?

We’re sorry your order arrived damaged! We always resolve this as quickly as possible for you. Please contact us via the contact form. and send your name, order number and a photo of the damage along. We will make sure it gets resolved quickly!

How long do I have to return a package?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to return the item on time to qualify for a refund. Click here for our full return conditions

What material is the towel made of?

The regular, large, and double travel towel is made from a recycled waffle microfiber (45% recycled polyester, 35% polyester, 20% polyamide). The small travel towel is made from a suede microfiber (80% recycled polyester, 20% polyamide). Read more about the fabric on our technology page.

On which surfaces can the towel be placed?

The towel is intended for use on the beach. Surfaces with lots of twigs, thorns, etc. are not recommended. These can poke through the thin fabric and are difficult to remove.

Can you also use it as a picnic blanket?

Yes and no ;) You can use it on surfaces like sand or grass. The towel is not suitable for placing on areas with many needles, twigs, or other sharp objects. These can pierce through the thin and compact fiber.

Are the towels suitable for use in the sauna?

Yes, the travel towels are suitable for use in the sauna. Thanks to the lightweight, compact, and quick-drying fabric, they are easy to carry and comfortable to use, even in the sauna.

Do I need to wash the towel first?

No, this is not necessary. However, many customers do it to make the towel a bit softer. We recommend washing the towel cold the first few times and gradually increasing the temperature to 30 degrees. Be careful not to use fabric softener!

How often should I wash the towel?

The towel needs to be washed less often than a regular towel. This is because it is made from an antibacterial fabric. As a result, the towel doesn’t develop a musty smell and requires less frequent washing. Washing the towel after your vacation is usually sufficient.

When a discount code doesn't work, it is often expired. If you are unsure, you can contact us via our contact form. We will then check why the discount code is not working.

Wash cold the first few times, then you can wash the towel at 30 °C with similar colors.

Note! Do not use fabric softener. This reduces the effectiveness of the fabric.
