Meet Annabelle Marquis
“Hello, my name is Annabelle Marquis and I live in Quebec.
My design for this towel, created in collaboration with Buvanha, was inspired by the rice terraces and warm sunsets of Bali - an island that touched me deeply with its spirituality and genuine hospitality.
As in my paintings, which focus on color, harmony and emotion, I wanted this design to convey the connection with nature and the joy of the moment. I cordially invite you to discover this creation.”
How Bali inspired me.....
For her towel design, Annabelle was inspired by these rice fields, combined with the warm colours of a Balinese sunset.
Her aim is to convey not only the beauty of Bali, but also the sense of adventure and wanderlust that the island evokes.
The terraces of the rice fields, with their beautiful shades of green, reflect the perfect harmony between man and nature, according to designer Annabelle Marquis.
They also symbolize the dedication and hospitality of the Balinese people, who welcomed her with sincere smiles.
